The Role

The Junior Digital QA Specialist is part of Customer Success team and will support the team ensuring that the Advertising Campaigns meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.
It's the perfect job to gain a working experience in the internet industry being part of a highly innovative and international company.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Adversting Campaigns and products to ensure correct execution and optimal performance. Requires learning and understanding how Jobrapido’s Job Search Engine works.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
