We are looking for enthusiastic professionals, who would like to build their career in Account Management and Business Development. Being part of our global sales team based in Milan, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our Spanish Speaking portfolio of clients. You will dedicate 80% of your time to account management activities and the 20% to grow the customer baseline.
Responsibilities
- Developing client relationships with existing and new customers
- Account management of your client portfolio
- Researching/Prospecting and contacting new business prospects, via phone, skype and e- mail
- Contract Negotiations
- Forecasting
- Completing administrative work as required
Required Skills and Experience
- Native Spanish speaker and full proficiency in English are essential to perform the role.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent Communication- Ability to modulate communication style in accordance to the audience.
- Team player- That participates in both work and social team development activities
- Goal oriented - You are strongly goal and action oriented, have a proactive and hands on approach
- Positive and proactive attitude-Ability to take the initiative to make things happen
- You are required to be able to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in an Account Management/Business Development role is an advantage, but not a requirement.
