The Delivery Designer Specialist will be a key member of the Team looking after Customer happiness and satisfaction and will be reporting Customer Success Manager. His/Her main responsibilities will focus on designing the most efficient and cost sustainable campaign solutions to ensure fully successful delivery to the Clients.
Delivering to clients means assuring that we send to our clients the agreed number of candidates suitable for hiring and, at the same time, assuring that the jobseekers that use Jobrapido find the best match for their job searches.
The key to success for this role will be a profound ability to understand clients’ needs and to translate them into the most efficient and standardized solutions considering not only the delivery success but also its highly efficient and a long-term impact perspective.
The Delivery Designer Specialist will work directly with the Campaign Team and Traffic Acquisition Team, he/she will also be the main partner of Talent Acquisition Sales Team (TAS), in contact with Key Account Managers on a daily basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for Campaign Delivery according to the budget and dead-lines agreed
- Everyday management of configuration of delivery tools in order to meet the delivery goals for each assigned client within given time and costs.
- Participate to the calls with clients supporting KAM in managing clients.
- Leverage a Delivery Solutions portfolio based on our Jobseeker Community, Email/ Online Marketing Strategies and Jobrapido’s Search Engine
- Evaluate and negotiate Delivery Goals and Deadlines ensuring campaign successful delivery, cost efficiency as well as its long-term impact on Jobseeker Community
- Understand the way Jobrapido’s search and traffic acquisitions algorithms work, how administration and reporting tools work, how email marketing systems work. Constantly remains updated on new developments and open issues. Contribute to the improvement of the overall system.
- Be a key player in the Customer Success team collaborating directly with the Campaigning Leaders and Product Managers in definition and execution of solutions, products and projects
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team negotiating and agreeing on Campaigning Solutions and Deliverables
- Quality and delivery excellence must underpin all activities
- Be an effective team player and participate in both work and social team development activities. Pro-actively seek to advance the company as a whole and be a positive ambassador of Jobrapido to promote credibility for both company and the individual.
Required Skills and Experience
- Highly Analytical, Structured and Innovative: Possesses a creative and innovative nature but at the same is highly structured and has a data-driven approach to solution definition. Able to constantly analyze and interpret data and processes to come out with highly efficient new ideas and optimizations. Is an advanced user of excel and can autonomously build models for analyzing delivery data.
- Digital Native: Has profound experience and understanding of the digital businesses. Deep knowledge of email marketing funnels and traffic acquisition strategies. Previous experience in management of online communities and online vertical services will be a huge advantage.
- Delivery experience (strong plus): Has a solution management experience, including demonstrable experience of delivering large scale online (client) projects and successful solution deployments (ideally based on online/email marketing). The ideal candidate comes from a trafficking unit in the advertising selling organization of an online media company or from an online business / agency operating as online lead generator.
- Pre –Sales (plus): Has a strong knowledge of the complex solution sales lifecycle for products in the online business area, in particular of the pre-sales practices. Has the ability to quickly grasp a clear understanding of the client's needs and translate them to deliverables solution.
- Action and Goal oriented: Is strongly goal and action oriented, has a proactive and hands on approach.
- Entrepreneurial: Has the entrepreneurial ability to operate and excel in a changing and rapidly growing environment.
- Communication: Be articulate and able express their ideas and views clearly to Sales & Delivery Teams. Must be able to adapt communication style to various interlocutors. Can conduct business conversations with clients in English.
- Excellence: Passion for delivery excellence and superior customer experience. Have a keen attention to detail
- Collaborative: An open, honest, and transparent working style.
- Perfect English: English is the company’s reference language for communications, product design and documentation. Italian and/or German and/or Dutch are a plus.
