We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Advertising Manager to join our Digital Advertising team, having as primary goal to execute, manage, and optimize digital advertising activities across 58 countries. We are looking for an expert Ad Operations Manager that can bring his/her knowledge in the advertising area to accelerate revenues of Jobrapido’s advertising products (text, display and affiliate network) and help us to grow our new advertising-based Sales Value Proposition, TMS (Talent Media Solutions), towards the market.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Text, Display and Affiliation advertising yield across 58 countries, aiming to maximize RPV – therefore overall revenues. Daily reporting to Management Team working cross-function with other sales/delivery teams.
- Set up, schedule and maintain ad delivery for campaigns on Jobrapido in order to achieve maximum results and increase revenue potential whilst utilizing the tools and latest advertising technologies. Be the primary Point of contact for all external partners.
- Working directly with Marketing and Traffic Acquisition team to ensure a lean process from acquisition to monetization.
- Provide Sales Account Managers with pre-sales information setting the stage to have happy and renewing customers, defining sweet spots and target where we are able to deliver, therefore setting audiences in DMP to accelerate CTX revenues and TMS business
- Text and Affiliates - Ensure the maximization of revenues through Google AdSense, guaranteeing the payback of the paid campaigns. Working with direct clients to accelerate revenues and click-through, providing them with strategic insights and marketing / customer-centric / goal-driven advice.
- Display – Yield Optimization through the major SSPs (Google, Criteo, Appnexus, Rubicon etc.) ensuring the correct set up of line items, header bidder implementation, pricing rules etc.
- Display – Set up and delivery of Programmatic deals, maintenance and optimization working directly with external clients and stakeholders (DSPs, Buying networks, direct clients etc.)
- Display - Customer Success and account management for TMS (Talent Media Solutions) aiming to deliver campaigns, retain and develop the customer relationship
- Manage 1 resource (Ad Operations Specialist) to ensure operational excellence of yield management and delivery
Required Skills and Experience
- Google DFP ad serving
- Google Ad exchange and AdSense
- SSPs management
- Knowledge and previous experience of buy side is a plus (Adwords, Retargeting, other DSPs, GDN, DMP)
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Advanced skills in Office suite (excel high proficiency is a MUST)
- Problem solving- Capability to analyse the situation/ information and find the right solution
- Communication – Ability to modulate communication style according to the audience
- Goal oriented- You are strongly goal and action oriented, have a proactive and hands on approach
- Team player- driven by a spirit of collaboration and sharing
- Hungry to Learn - Self-motivated who is eager to discover new ways to do things
- Flexible- You are willing to accept and embrace changes in an evolving and rapidly growing environment
- 4/5 years of experience in a similar role or operating experience in Digital Advertising or Digital Marketing, with previous people management experience.
