The HV Battery Product Quality & Behavior Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the quality, durability, and field performance of our battery systems across the full product lifecycle.The role acts as the interface between Quality, Engineering, Platform, Manufacturing, and Service organizations to monitor product behavior, drive continuous improvement, and secure customer ResponsibilitiesMonitor battery performance and quality KPIs across development, production, and in‑field operationAnalyze field data, warranty cases, and returned components to identify emerging issues, trends, or deviationsLead structured problem‑solving activities (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA) to ensure robust root cause analysis and effective corrective actionsSupport design reviews and validation activities by providing quality insights and product behavior assessmentCollaborate with Engineering to evaluate design updates, software improvements, and performance enhancements of the battery systemInterface with Supplier Quality and Manufacturing teams to verify process stability, component conformity, and compliance with Iveco Group quality standardsContribute to the release and maintenance of quality documentation, including control plans, validation requirements, and technical reportsProvide technical support to After‑Sales and Field Service organizations on battery‑related issuesPromote a culture of continuous improvement and support Iveco Group’s commitment to quality excellence REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields2–5 years of experience in battery systems, energy storage, or automotive/powertrain quality rolesKnowledge of lithium‑ion battery technology, degradation mechanisms, and diagnostic methodsFamiliarity with BMS concepts and high‑voltage safety principlesExperience with quality methods (8D, FMEA, SPC) and automotive quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret test resultsStrong analytical mindset, problem‑solving orientation, and attention to detailsEffective communication and ability to work in cross‑functional teamsProactivity, ownership, and continuous improvement attitudeFluency in English;
