An exciting opportunity has arisen with a Japanese manufacturer for an Office & Logistics Manager role in Bolzano / Trento in Italy. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting, supplier payments, payrolls, logistics, administration, and assist the Managing Director for EMEA and LATAM operations. Fluency in Italian, is required.TYPE: Permanent, full-time (part time can be evaluated)WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:30 from Monday to Thursday, 9:00-17:00 FridaySALARY: €30k - €40k, depending on experienceLOCATION: Bolzano / Trento, ItalyOffice & Logistics Manager Main Responsibilities
Administrative management (office related tasks), including managing payments to suppliers and payrollsVerifying the consistency of the accounting information provided by our external accountantsHandling logistics related to the trading activities of the company, buying and reselling equipment from the Japanese HQ, for EMEA and LATAM countriesWorking together with another Logistic and Office Manager, splitting the job load related to the logistics of the companyVerifying the consistency of the company internal information and the information coming from the HQ in JapanCorrecting / readdressing non-conformities related to the administrative management of the companyDirect support and assistance to the Managing Director for administrative tasks
