You may collaborate with engineering teams to refine proposals in the morning, present tailored solutions to customers later in the day, and visit industrial sites across Italy to assess challenges firsthand. You will continuously analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and build lasting stakeholder relationships.
Translating complex technical requirements into clear, compelling proposalsKeeping pace with rapidly evolving industrial automation technologies (DCS, PLC, SCADA and Digital Solutions, with special focus on DCS and Digital Solutions)Balancing ambitious sales targets with Yokogawa’s high standards of quality and craftsmanshipCommunicating long‑term value and ROI in competitive marketsProactively identifying growth opportunities within the Italian industrial landscape

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fieldExperience in sales engineering or technical sales within industrial automationKnowledge of process control, instrumentation, and industrial softwareFluent communication skills in Italian and EnglishStrong analytical and solution design capabilitiesCustomer‑centric mindset and willingness to travel
