About the role We are seeking a highly motivated postgraduate intern to join our IT team in Bologna and support it with various projects in Sales, Service & Marketing Analytics and CRM. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with deep impact on the different programs stages on various business processes like sales & marketing and gain valuable industry experience. The main goal will be to assist colleagues in extracting knowledge and insights from sales & marketing collected data in order to improve marketing, sales and customer service opportunities, leveraging Generative AI and AI capabilities. In particular, we expect your main value in contributing in these domains of responsibilities: Support in adopting and effectively using generative AI tools embedded in CRM technologies; Capture business needs and issues and translating them into analytical statements; Exploratory Data analysis, data visualization and insights generation and inquiry; Promote innovation-oriented activities related to Customer Service. What you need to be successful We would like to meet candidates with: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields; Knowledge of CRM perimeter and/or platforms (better if Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of logics or technologies on the Generative AI perimeter are really appreciated; Business fluent in English (B2/C1); Analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data sets, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additionally, it will be considered a plus: Knowledge of marketing analytics and related software; Microsoft Copilot technologies; Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R; Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks.
