Our client, a global leader, is seeking a Digital Strategy Lead to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This role will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA, PLM systems, and CAD tools to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align digital strategy with business objectives.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and CAD integration, optimizing business processes.
• Drive the adoption of digital solutions, ensuring measurable impact and continuous improvement.
• Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, prioritizing projects that deliver the highest business value.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance digital capabilities.
• Partner with global IT and business teams to implement and scale digital solutions effectively.
• Lead and mentor an international team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology strategy.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA (nice to have), PLM systems or CAD tools, with a strong understanding of their role in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment between IT and business functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into tangible business value.
• Effective leadership and stakeholder management experience, driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in English.

This global role involves occasional travel (approximately 20%) based in Italy, Emilia-Romagna region.
