The ideal candidate is a generalist, able to deal with all aspects of HR, from strategic to operational topics. He/she manages all the processes and areas of HR (talent acquisition, development, organization, budget). He / she adapts HR solutions to the Company’s needs and strategy, on a worldwide perimeter.

Responsibilities


TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Participate in formulating recruitment strategy with HR Director and with line managers, establishing the skills, competencies, profiles required and creating Job Descriptions for new roles
  • Manage recruitment process for all roles (from internship to managerial roles), from opening of positions to presenting proposals to candidates
  • Establish and maintain external relationships with head-hunters, suppliers and more broadly third parties
  • Optimize the use of internal and external job posting tools and search websites
  • Participate to Group Corparte iniatives to promote the Pucci brand (employer Branding, IME, ...)


DEVELOPMENT

  • Organize New Hires Induction Trainings
  • Define along with Managers the training Needs for different company’s target population
  • Work with external consultant to design and organize ad hoc trainings
  • Leverage on Group Initiatives
  • Monitor the initiatives of training actions plan on a annual basis to find the relevant financing solutions
  • Partner yearly with the HRD in the completion of the annual Talent Review (OMR)
  • Organize regular individual career meetings with key performers and high potentials.


LEGAL, PAYROLL AND ADMINISTRATION

  • Participate to the collective agreement negotiations, write down agreements.
  • Apply and interpret the collective agreement; work on conflict resolution to improve the company climate.
  • Manage eventual exits of employees
  • processing of salaries with the external provider


HRIS & PROCESSES

  • Manage LVMH talent tool for current employees; tracking performance and potential data, development, personal constraints/ambition, professional experience, potential areas of interest and geographical constraints.
  • Manage yearly with the HRD the process of Performance Review (PCR) and support line managers with advice regarding the development, organisation and performance of their teams
  • Monitor the Compensation review (ICR process) on an annual basis
  • Build and review the HR budget (payroll / training, employer branding / 3 year-plan) and be able to adapt it to the specific context of the company


Competencies:

  • Problem solving attitude and adaptability to a context in constant evolution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of HR issues and processes
  • Excellent agility with numbers, reporting and HR cost controlling
  • Fluent in Italian and English / French is a real plus
