Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically assign incoming client leads to sales team members based on expertise, workload, and project requirements to optimize conversion rates.
  • Act as primary contact for post-sales support, resolving basic solar system issues, scheduling maintenance visits, and coordinating subcontractors for on-site services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, resource allocation decisions, and service outcomes for performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and external contractors to align resource distribution with operational capacity.


Requirements

  • 2+ years in resource allocation, customer service coordination, or related fields.
  • Professional background in surveying, construction measurement, or engineering (certifications preferred).
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation (e.g., site plans, electrical diagrams).
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Native-level Italian; working English proficiency.
  • Experience in solar/renewable energy sectors or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
