Key Responsibilities and Tasks:Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirementsAnalyzing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementationSupporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stagesEnsure Up-to-date documentationsKeep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the scheduleExpert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents
Preferred background:Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support teamExperience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols
