• Connect with overseas energy storage customers, build good relationships, identify needs, and explore high-value potential project opportunities.
• Assist account PM in coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and addressing key issues at the customer side.
• Enhance coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of face-to-face communication with customers.
• Coordinate internal resources, sales team, development team, together with account PMs, to figure out qualification and customer engagement.
• Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to ensure reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, and resolve problems across multiple departments.
• Establish program team, initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and be responsible for program management of schedule, quality, cost, and risk.
• Manage the onsite PM team, providing proper training to improve the capability of team members.

• At least 3 years of experience in PM.
• Familiarity with ESS project business model and development; priority consideration will be given to candidates with 2 years or more experience in electric power/utility, ESS, or Li-ion battery.
• Strong communication skills, good logic, and capability in data analysis and report writing.
• Proactive, pursuing higher standards, and maintaining commitment.
