Alpac is seeking an HR Recruiting & Training Specialist to join its Human Resources department for maternity cover.
The selected candidate will actively collaborate with the Recruiting & Training team and report to the HR Manager, focusing on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training support.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the selection process for all Group companies and various functions (White and Blue collar).
- Draft job descriptions, publish job ads, screen applications, and conduct interviews (in collaboration with function managers) until the candidate is hired.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure effective integration of new colleagues.
- Support corporate training activities and funded training plans, including managing activities for inter-professional funds.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through results analysis and internal feedback.
- Assist in employer branding activities through collaborations with schools, universities, and participation in career days and industry events.
- Support internal and external communication activities.
- Assist the HR Manager with HR reporting and analysis of KPIs related to recruitment, turnover, training, and onboarding.
- Degree in humanities, economics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR roles focused on recruitment and training.
- In-depth knowledge of selection techniques and main recruiting tools.
- Experience using ATS and digital HR tools (knowledge of InRecruiting is a plus).
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Previous experience in managing training plans and inter-professional funds.
- Passion for human resources, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and teamwork attitude.
- Contract: Fixed-term for maternity cover, full-time, regulated by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria.
