The Role
We’re hiring an
AI Software Engineer
to bring AI into real-world production across multiple products and business units.
This is not a research role. It’s about
shipping .
You’ll operate at the intersection of
AI systems, software engineering, and business impact —working closely with product leaders, operators, and our central AI team to identify high-leverage opportunities and turn them into production-grade solutions.

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered features end-to-end across our product portfolioWork with
LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based systems
in production environmentsImplement
guardrails
(validation, error handling, fallbacks, human-in-the-loop flows)Set up
monitoring and observability
to continuously improve system performanceEvaluate and optimize systems for
accuracy, latency, and costImprove prompts, retrieval strategies, and model behavior through structured experimentationCollaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teamsContribute to
reusable AI components
and shared infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in
Software Engineering with a track record of building and maintaining production systems at scaleStrong
Python
skills with experience in building and deploying robust backend services and APIsHands-on experience with
LLMs, RAG pipelines, and backend systemsProven track record of taking systems
from prototype to productionStrong judgment in balancing
speed, quality, and scalabilityStrong academic background in Technology related fieldExcellent communication in English, primary language across the business
Nice to Have
Experience with evaluation frameworks and benchmarkingFamiliarity with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Chroma)Experience with monitoring and observability toolsFrontend experience (JavaScript / TypeScript)Experience optimizing systems for
latency and costExposure to
