As a Grading Support Technician, you will be part of world leader of wood-scanning solutions. Thanks to your knowledge, you will help our customers in an efficient use of the systems and will become an active part of a dynamic team, working on exciting projects.
Your tasks
- Organization and implementation of customer trainings regarding the functionalities and use of our MiCROTEC Solutions
- Commissioning and calibration of scanners and other equipments
- General customer support (online or on-site) with production set-up and rule settings to meet customer needs
- Quality control during production to monitor scanner performance
- Statistical analyses based on simulated offline productions and the preparation of reports
- Collaboration with other teams in various activities, i.e. Development of new detection systems or improvement of measuring systems
Your profile
- Knowledge of the supply chain and/or wood processing
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Good knowledge of English and knowledge of German
- Independent and structured way of working, as well as special attention to customers' needs
- Team player with high problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Availability to travel worldwide
- Driving license B
