About the role
As Community & Retention team leader you will work within the team responsible for the traffic at Jobrapido and you directly manage the traffic generated through our mailing campaigns.
Your goal will be to dramatically improve the engagement and the retention of our community by providing high quality, targeted and personalize communications to our users.
You will manage two community specialist and be part of the dynamic Digital Marketing Team in Milano, which has a high-performance culture and consists of (young) dynamic, online specialists. You will report to the Head of Traffic and have close interaction with different teams, such as product development and Business Intelligence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- You will support the design of our users lifecycle campaigns based on users behaviour data and you will explore and evaluate new channels for communication.
- You will work close to the other members of the team responsible for the users acquisition, to improve the users retention to ensure the retention and ARPU optimizations.
- You will conduct deeper analysis on our Community DB segments to gather insights on users behaviour.
- You will responsible for the Forecast of our Community traffic.
- You will also mentor and support team growth through the rising challenges and given objectives. You will be an enthusiastic team leader who works collaboratively and helps other in the team to develop their skills.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and 2 manging complex digital communities.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the email marketing environment.
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytics skills.
- Strong knowledge of Excel. SQL is a plus.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong English and Italian both written and verbal are required.
- Being technology passionate and savvy is a must
- Team management and coaching capabilities
